not to hijack this thread completely - but before Cornmeal started on 4/24, I had another fan
tell me Allie's fiddle playing is similar to the way Trey plays guitar - technical, but clean and fast. I had my doubts about that until the band started, and once they did - I have to admit, the analogy was pretty close! she can really play, and makes it look so effortless, and in that aspect, very similar to Trey. (at least this post has a TINY bit of Vermont in it) ok GPN fans - starting tonite - first of 10 shows in 12 days - ARE YOU READY?????? summer tour is underway!!! yippee!!

Hedges - love your photos! Makes me want to go tear all mine down in embarrassment that I took with my crappy camera. Highest ISO is 1000, but anything over
400 is pretty bad, and 1000 useless. I'm tired of being frustrated. I've been researching the Nikon D90 and the Canon 50D a bit lately at dpreview.
Still have not made a decision. Have seen beautiful shots taken with both. The N D90 is between the 50D and the new Rebel T1i price-wise. I have a cousin in
Texas who is a pro and she swears by Canons, but from what I've read some pretty experienced people like features on the Nikon better. What made you choose
the 50D? (Sorry, VERY OT!, but when I see your concert photos it makes me even more determined to get a decent camera and learn more - much more.)
